Position Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the position include:
• performing administrative and office support activities including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
• handling incoming calls
• organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
• maintaining contact lists
• producing and distributing correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• developing and maintaining a filing system
• ordering office supplies
• making travel arrangements
• greeting and directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers
• managing the company’s lobby area.

Required Skills & Experience

The candidate must have the following skills and education:
• Exceptional administration skills, strong planning, organization and computer literacy
• High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities without losing focus on planning ahead, finance background would be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and in Greek
• University or College Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Equivalent work experience 2-4 years of Professional experience in Administration
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office software
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and problem solving skills
• Ability to adjust and set priorities to meet deadlines
• A talented team player who wants to learn, grow and drive their career
• Strong administration, organizational skills and teamwork skills
• Excellent internet knowledge
